Have you been running around doing all the “shoulds” a modern woman is supposed to do and feel worn out and empty?
Then join us in a nourishing day of self-discovery in the peaceful spring setting of Sinking Creek Farm in Murfreesboro, TN Sunday, April 24th from 9AM-2PM
In professionally guided small classes you will:
• Explore what is important to you and learn how to integrate it into your lifestyle to improve life balance

• Meet your own wise Inner Guide as you take steps to manifest your hopes and dreams
• Practice connecting with nature using mindful attention
• Learn how to center yourself by focusing on the breath
• Discover how to easily access your own rich wisdom available through your intuition
Light lunch and drinks are included.
Quiet breaks between sessions allow you to practice what you are learning and relax with other participants.
